Consultancy

As experienced practitioners in the field of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion we offer a consultancy service, using our expertise to provide an independent view of documentation, communications, policies, procedures and forms. We are also experienced in providing monitoring and feedback in real-time situations, such as recruitment days, where independent oversight can provide reassurance that your processes are unbiased. If you would like a ‘critical friend’ to review your organisation’s HR paperwork or monitor procedures, please email kaye@liberate.je.

We are also have a diverse range of Liberate volunteers who are available as speakers and panel members for breakfast briefings, panel discussions and internal DE&I panels. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss our consulting services further.

Advice and support

Liberate has a number of contacts in various Third Sector/non-profit organisations and we regularly signpost people to a source of support on a variety of issues. We offer this through a confidential email service.

We also have our own counselling service and peer-to-peer support groups through Trans* Jersey and BLM Jersey.
