Refunds and returns policy

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each product is printed to your personal order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Please ensure that you check the size of your order carefully before you place and pay for it.

What do I do if the product is faulty?

Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email us with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.

Shipping

When will my products be dispatched?

Our turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed. 

How are my products shipped?

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P.

The packaging for our products is all eco-friendly.

When will my products be delivered?

Please note, due to COVID & Brexit, many services are taking slightly longer than usual.

UK

  • 2 to 5 days

Europe

  • 3 to 5 days

Rest of World

  • 7 to 10 days

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. 

If an order does not arrive, we always recommend checking at your local post office before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P .
